D

id you hear the story about the Old Estate Agent who helped out someone living in a one bedroom apartment with two kids, and no money for school fees?

The old estate agent gave the person a job in sales and the person soon became quite good at it (with his professional training) and soon became able to run the office, when the old estate agent wasn’t there.

The new sales person soon wanted half of all of the commissions (instead of the usual 25%) because the new sales person was very greedy and did not want any of the other directors to earn more. So eventually the old estate agent agreed to give the new sales person everything that the new sales person wanted.

The old estate agent then formed a new company for the new sales person and then gave the new sales person 50% of the business, as a free gift, in return for running the office, without the old estate agent

The new sales person soon had enough money to buy a big new house and obtained a big mortgage (with the old estate agents help) and bought a nice big car, and some Cartier jewellery, and also made lots of big tax free profits (by buying and selling-on property, without informing the ageless tax authorities).

The new sales person was now the ‘office manager’ and the ‘company administrator,’ but was still not very grateful, so just a few months later, while the old estate agent was away, the new sales person organised a ‘coup’, which resulted in the old estate agent losing his rented office, losing control over all his company bank accounts and losing control of his 50% share of his business.

The new sales person then formed a new company to trade out of the old estate agent's old office, in an attempt to steal all the business and all the clients from the old estate agent.

So, the old estate agent threatened to press charges for all the criminal offences committed by the new sales person, according to the Spanish Law.

The new sales person eventually made an out of court settlement and paid some compensation to the old estate agent.
