Our Favourite Developer CTCOP are also building a beautiful Golf Development in the Dominican Republic.

The quality and architecture is outstanding and prices are much lower than equivalent properties in the Canary Islands.

The Golf Suites at El Cocotal Golf & Country Club are linked in to the Luxury 5 star Meliá Caribe Tropical Hotel, Playa Bávaro beach.

Owners may also enjoy the hotel facilities during their stay.

Clients wishing to view these properties (and others) will be met and escorted by our own staff on their visit.
