MYKE SMITH: IMPORTANT PUBLIC NOTICE

1. Since 16^th March 2006 Myke Smith has not been associated with Tenerife Property World SL and not authorised to act on behalf of the company, or any clients of the company.

2. Subsequent to the cancellation of his employment contract he attempted property transfer with clients of our company, without informing them that he no longer worked for the company and asked for payment of a deposit. Our lawyers consider this to be attempted fraud and have advised the police.

3. He has used confidential client’s information from our company files and database to solicit business for another company. Our lawyers consider this to be theft of company information for personal gain and have advised the police.

4. This company has advised us that he is not employed by them but is working from their office; however our client’s contact information has been used without their knowledge or consent and will therefore now be stored on another computer. Our lawyers consider this to be in contravention of our client’s right to privacy and in breach of information confidentiality and in contravention of the data protection act and have advised the police.

5. Therefore as far as we are aware at this moment, Myke Smith is working illegally, without registration as a company, or as self employed estate agent, and without a registered place of business, and without registration with the tax authorities and without mandatory social security contributions as a self employed sales person. Our lawyers have contacted all the various government departments to advise them of this situation.

6. Our lawyers have lodged a Denuncia at the court for criminal proceedings to be initiated.
