A New Area Office

We have been established in the Canary Islands for over 25 years.

We are CONSTANTLY expanding throughout all of the Islands, and in the UK, and in Europe and now also into America, Asia and Australia – because, the Canary Islands have the finest climate in the world - and the world is now becoming aware of this unique (and low tax) environment!

We have a wonderful opportunity for the right people: if you are “professional” and “hardworking”.

Our new offices will always be in prime locations, “close to shopping centres and beaches”, fully fitted out and with all our properties on show.

Fixtures and fittings are included, along with computer, fax machine, telephone with ADSL, printer/scanner/copier, desk with office chairs, a professional working office.

Corporate branding is most important to us. The same corporate business cards would also be issued to you.

We have a first rate package, including a powerful Internet website, and also your own email address and direct contact information is included, so all sales enquiries for your area are received directly by you .

All leads that come into the area would be allocated to your office.

Your branch would be advertised in all advertising media.

Any leads that come from any form of advertising for the area would be passed on to you.

At present we have hundreds of properties for sale, for most of which we receive a 5% commission.

We also have a large selection of commercial properties, freehold and leasehold for sale; many of these are not on our website, due to the landlords not wanting to advertise. Again we earn commission on these sales, so for any referrals coming from your branch, you would earn a commission, and this is to be discussed, as leasehold commissions are not the same as freehold!

We will give you full and on-going training, and our full commitment to your success.

Investing in a Canary Property World office enables you to be in business for yourself - but not by yourself, as we would even accompany you to the Notary's office, if this is needed, and our company lawyers are always available to ensure that you, and the purchaser, and the vendor are fully protected, according to Spanish law.

In return, we are asking for an investment of just 50,000 Euros and 10% of your turnover. Therefore, on any sale, you earn a minimum of 4,500 Euros and we earn 500 Euros.
