PROPERTY MANAGEMENT:

Our Management Services include Key Holding, Property Security Checks and Property Advertising.

LAUNDRY & CLEANING :

Guests will receive an immaculate 5 star service, from the moment that they arrive in your spotless apartment, complete with a "Welcome Package" - which includes fresh flowers & champagne, if requested.

IN-HOUSE SERVICES :

We also arrange car hire, excursions, boat trips & money exchange & our local service bureau includes phone, message, Internet & fax facilities.

SECURITY & PEACE OF MIND :

Our professional management team will ensure your investment is fully protected. All our clients are previously qualified as responsible families - no single males or females are considered for either short, or long-term rentals.

RENTAL COMMISSIONS : Our European sales & rental network offers a unique service which guarantees the best returns & the finest services.

FEATURED ADVERTISING:

Your Property Details are advertised in our “Property Directory”, which is displayed in our offices and available from all our agent’s offices, advertised in Newspapers and Magazines and on the Internet.

Management Charges:

60 € per month (1 year contract)

Payable in advance by monthly direct debit, or 1 year for 600 €

Service includes: Key holding with weekly security checks, mail holding, co-ordination of client’s key collection and returns.

Our Business Centre office also provides a comprehensive range of services for clients including car hire, excursions, fax, phone, copying and Internet services.

In addition we represent numerous other professional companies such as lawyers, accountants and insurance brokers.

Cleaning Costs: (Prices subject to variation according to m2)

Studio Apartments from 25 €

1 Bedroom Apartments from 30 €

2 Bedroom Apartments from 40 €

3 Bedroom Apartments from 45 €

Laundry Costs:

6 € per person per week (2 Single sheets, pillow case, hand towel, bath towel kitchen cloth)

Extra Costs:

Welcome Pack: Water, milk, tea, coffee, sugar, biscuits: 6 €

Deluxe Welcome pack: as above plus Champagne & Flowers: 12 €
