How to Become an Owner of a Tenerife Property World Exclusive Area Agency Office

WITH NO INITIAL OUTLAY! Why do you need me? Due to greatly increased demand from investors we urgently require new area consultants to PERSONALLY represent us locally. Our choice of partners will depend entirely upon ability and integrity. If you are capable of running an exclusive area agency to represent us efficiently and professionally – there is unlimited earning potential.
What do I have to do? Act as our exclusive area consultant to promote our complete portfolio of property, land, businesses, development and investment projects and our comprehensive services, including lawyers and related investment services.
What training will I receive? You will receive comprehensive training. You will receive updated inventory lists on a regular basis and assistance in the handling of clients enquiries, from initial introduction and obtaining all necessary information, through to inspection visits and all the procedures that they will have to follow to completion of the purchases, which is when your commissions will be paid.
How do I promote the company? Through local contacts, advertising displays and/or exhibitions.
What else do I have to do? Keep a record of the names, addresses and telephone numbers of all prospective clients, send them to us on a regular basis and most important of all, advise us of arrival details of those making inspection visits.
What if I need help? We are always there for your backup and assistance and to update your portfolio on a regular basis. Your clients can be assured that any questions that you may be unable to answer yourself will be answered by our professionals personally, either whilst they are making there inspection visits in the Canary Islands, or beforehand.
What is my commitment? To ensure dedication and exclusive commitment to our company we require that you must have a financial interest and make a small investment in your own “Tenerife Property World" Area Office.
What will it cost me? NOTHING, as we collect our set up costs and fees against your first sale(s). Your exclusive area agency includes full personalised website contact information with your own page on our website plus your personal email address .........@tenerifepropertyworld.com. The set up cost for your exclusive area agency is just £4,900. (Currently Less €1,000 special discount to each of the first ten agents to register - subject to availability.) Terms and conditions apply.
When can I start? Immediately after your training course (which can either be “on-line” OR in the Canary Islands) you may work from any approved address within your exclusive area.
When do I get paid? Commissions of 50% OF THE COMPANY COMMISSION will be paid to you, either in the U.K., the Canary Islands, OR “offshore”, immediately upon completion of every sale.
If you want to be our agency office partner and if we appoint you: WHAT NEXT? After determining the area (subject to availability) in which you wish to work, we will make a Private Agreement stating the terms and conditions.Upon signing the agreement we can begin your training program and you may commence to trade as our associate agency office. You will be listed immediately on our UK Area Agents Page.
